Today's Queendom Care Series episode is all about SPACE!  Special guest and industry leader in apparel construction, artistic development, and social change, Kala Wilburn teaches us about the importance of keeping our space clear of clutter.

I believe energy is all around us, in the spaces that we occupy and even our relationships.  Both can impact the way we feel, act, and think.  Clearing the clutter creates clarity that creates creativity and in order to move forward with good energy a clutter-free environment is a must.  

Here are a few of Kala's tips:

• Successful people have a routine and if you don’t have the space to help create a routine you cant be efficient in a routine.

• If you want to go to different levels in your life you have to be organized.

• Starting small can help you feel accomplished by checking that tasks off the list.

• Start with organizing your drawers.  Everything within a space has a place and organizing trays can help.

• Confidence is hidden in cluttered closets.

• Why is your space cluttered?  Asking questions creates conversations and can lead to breaking generational curses that you are not aware of.
