I know the podcast is Natural Hair Education but let’s be clear, hair is a very important part of our lives, but its not the only thing we need to pay attention to. I love the idea that as women, we need to be more loving and caring of ourselves, so from time to time, I will share non-hair relevant topics on the show so that we can continue to learn and take care of our Queedoms.

This is the perfect time to learn and adopt healthy eating habits.  Mia's health journey began in 2016 after battling and winning the fight against breast cancer. She knew she had to do more to beat the fight of her then declining health.  She adopted veganism and then incorporated organic cold press juice.

From there she created two businesses: Natural Vegan Soul, LLC, and Alive Organic Cold Press Juice, LLC where her goal is to help as many people as possible make positive food choices before they get the diagnosis.
